Despite her breed, Ziggy is a confident Pit Bull! And she constantly goes to public conventions and other places to show that if trained correctly, and shown affection.. that Pit Bulls CAN be good dogs! And it’s all about the owner, not the dog.
She was saved from the Adoption Center on April 29th, 2013. She was sold about a year later. As her original owner was in debt, he moved into a new apartment, therefor, had to give her up. In which… she ended up at the worst place to end up at… the Adoption Center! She was quickly put on “The Row” since nobody really wanted Pit Bulls. As everyone flocked to see the little guys, the chihuahuas. Squishing their faces and taking photos. While mostly neglecting the more calm dogs. Which were the big ones. However I came along and scooped her up. She was given the freedom of seeing the grass again. Even though she couldn’t talk, I could see the happiness in her eyes.
