When I first entered the data necessary to set up recurring monthly payments of $9.99 for ClubFoo Plus it did not seem to go through so I redid it and that time it went through. I generally check my online checking account for transactions the next day but this time I let it go a few days but when I logged onto my account I found TWO transactions for $9.99 each posted on July 5. I submitted a request asking that one of these charges be reversed figuring that would solve the problem. Boy, was I DUMB. Here it is the 25th and what do I have? I have a reply from PL with the notation the case is open and they are waiting for a reply for me. For?? or From? I have no idea. I sent them an e-mail but no reply to that. All I can do is cancel my membership on August 1 so they don’t get any more of my money and forget about getting refunded for that second charge. Ain’t life grand

Sadly there is no more support, Ive seen so many people with money problems on this site, so I think your money is gone. If I were you if you want club foo pay using a gift card. If you want to cancel do it a couple of day before hand because I have seen many members including myself not being able to cancel and we had to go to the bank to cancel our cards.

Excellent idea. If you’re bound and determined to do the Club Foo, use one of those pre-loaded cards. The hassle of dealing with banks is just not worth it.

I personally, am not going to give this site anymore money. I let my CF expire (I had signed up for the 6 month option…because well, I wasn’t sure how long the site was going to be around. When my six months expired, and a litter of kittens well over 100 days past due, and no monthly bonuses or litter licenses and no response from support… what exactly was my real world money going towards?

I am currently paying off my debts and had to cancel my credit cards but I will be solvent by the end of next year and will get a new credit card just for Club Foo fees. My bank investigated the situation, agreed an error had occurred and is refunding my money. There is more than one way to skin a cat!

My bank, Wells Fargo, reversed that extra charge and credited my account the $9.99 owed me. I will cancel my ClubFoo Plus membership July 31 and will not rejoin until I qualify for a credit card. It is nice that Wells Fargo did what FooPet’s support system couldn’t.
