New Debit Card Charged twice

My new debit card has been charged twice for this month. Also, my old debit card was already charged this month. How do I get back my money?

I have cancelled my membership. This is pathetic that nobody can correct these kinds of issues. I should have known better.

You will have to contact the debit card bank and explain the issue.

Make sure yo tell them to not allow any more charges from this company. Cancel the card and get a new one if you must.

Foopets continues to charge my account for the services that I cancelled last month! This is 4 times that I have been charged now! Not cool! I have disputed 3 of the charges since I cancelled my membership! I cannot believe they are getting away with this!

Remsie, Thanks. I will do that again. My Bank is already crediting back the charges. I thought after I cancelled the ClubFoo Plus, it would stop the charges, but it did not. I cannot do anything in ClubFoo Plus. I can’t even cancel out my account information. I don’t want to delete my account because I have Pokeys. I have had them from the beginning. Thanks again for your support.

Do not delete your account. Just contact them and tell them NOT to pay any charges unless you tell them otherwise.
